All subscription charges are made in advance. Your subscription will renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. By supplying a payment method, you allow us to charge the ongoing subscription fee.

We provide a range of subscription options. The attributes, channel selections, and costs of these options may vary. Changes will not impact your existing billing cycle but will take effect at renewal.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to avoid using the Service for any illicit or unauthorized reasons. Banned actions include, but are not limited to:

• Redistributing, re-transmitting, or sharing the content.
• Leveraging a VPN to evade territorial restrictions may infringe upon local legislation.
• Exposing your account data.

Not following this policy may cause immediate account deactivation with no refund option.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Flash IPTV serves as a service provider and does not engage in hosting, storing, or creating content. We enable access to streams which are already present on the internet. Users are accountable for confirming they do not breach any copyright laws in their location.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is offered on an 'as is' basis, without any warranties. We cannot ensure complete uptime or the availability of all channels at all times. Flash IPTV will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to access the Service.

11. Termination

We possess the right to cancel or temporarily halt your account whenever necessary, without any advance warning, for behaviors that breach these Terms & Conditions or negatively impact our Service or other users.

12. Governing Law

This contract will be regulated by the laws of {Your Business Country}, ignoring any conflicting legal provisions that may arise.
